It might surprise you that getting on top of your stress and anxiety about exams is actually easier than the studying bit.

Everyone else is telling you that you’ll be OK, and you think they’re probably right but there’s still that doubt and nothing anyone says will make it go away.

I’m here to tell you that you can get rid of that doubt and approach each and every exam with calmness and confidence.

Which is why the one thing that actually needs to happen is to replace those doubts with belief in yourself and the truth that you’ll always try your best whatever the outcome, and that’s what really matters. That’s how we’ll dial down those feelings to a level that’s feels OK and frees you from that old stress and anxiety.

I’ve learned that learning just a few key techniques to help you relax and focus makes a massive difference to exam anxiety and stress. These techniques work best when they’re chosen to match up with each individual. The last thing you’re probably wondering is “how much is it?”. Well, I’ll be upfront about that and say that I charge £75 per session. Most people find that between two and three sessions helps them best so you’d be looking at £150 to £225.
