Initial Consultation

This can be online, face-to-face or over the phone. There is no charge and no obligation. I take around 20 minutes to find out more about the issue that you want help with. I will also discuss what hypnosis is and how it works. I will outline how hypnosis could help with your issue and the approach that I feel will be best for you based on what you've shared.

General Hypnosis Session

This can be online or face-to-face. For the majority of clients their first hypnosis session with me lasts for between one hour and ninety minutes. Many issues can be dealt with in just one session but if further sessions are required these are charged at a lower rate.

Cost: £75 and then £60 for any follow-up sessions.

Stop Smoking Package

When working with clients who want to stop smoking, I tailor the sessions to them as an individual based on their personal motivations for wanting to become a non-smoker. This involves carrying out change work over the course of two sessions. The first session typically takes around two hours and the second session up to ninety minutes. Further follow-up sessions if required are charged at a lower rate.

Cost: £175 (two sessions) and then £60 for any follow-up sessions.

Weight Loss Package

My weight management programme is delivered over five weekly sessions each lasting around 90 minutes. The first session is all about information gathering to find out exactly where you are now and where you want to get to. The other four sessions focus on metabolism, beliefs, food cravings, and self-esteem. Further follow-up sessions if required are charged at a lower rate.

Cost: £275 (five sessions) and then £60 for any follow-up sessions.
