You can run a department.
You can't ignore those treats in the staffroom.
You've built a career on discipline, organisation, and getting things done. So why does food feel like the one thing you can't control?

It's not weakness. It's your brain trying to look after you the only way it knows how. By the end of the day, when you're running on empty, those old protection patterns kick in automatically.
The evening eating, the weekend overeating, the "I deserve just this one" that turns into "why can't I stop?"; these aren't character flaws. They're unconscious patterns that made sense once, but aren't serving you now.
As a former Headteacher with 30+ years in education, I've seen this pattern in brilliant colleagues throughout my career. Women who could manage anything – budgets, staff, students, parents, Ofsted – except their relationship with food.
Wondering what I could do to help is what led me to clinical hypnotherapy. What I discovered changed everything.

You're fine during the day, but come home and can't stop eating
You "self-sabotage" every time you start making progress
You've tried Slimming World, Weight Watchers, Keto; they all worked but only for a while
You know exactly what you "should" eat, but knowing doesn't help
You feel in control at work and out of control at home
You're navigating perimenopause or menopause and nothing works like it used to
You're exhausted by the guilt-restrict-binge-repeat cycle
If you're nodding, you're in the right place. And this isn't another diet.
You've followed the plans. You've counted the points. You've meal-prepped on Sundays (when you had energy, which wasn't often).
And every time, the same pattern:
1. Monday motivation
2. White-knuckling through the week
3. "Treating yourself" at the weekend because you've earned it
4. The wheels coming off by half-term
5. Starting again in January / after Easter / in September

Here's what the diet industry won't tell you: their programmes aren't designed for women in demanding careers. They assume you have willpower to spare. You don't. Yours is spent by 4pm on decisions, difficult conversations, and other people's needs.
Hypnotherapy works differently. We're not adding another demand to your already-depleted reserves. We're changing what's driving the behaviour in the first place.

I won't suggest meal prep at 6am or gym sessions you'll never keep. This is built for women who've already given everything to their careers, their families, everyone else's needs.

As a former Headteacher with 30+ years in education, I've lived the early starts, the emotional labour, the term-time exhaustion. I won't give you advice that ignores your reality.

No calorie counting. No food diaries. No weekly meetings where you're applauded or shamed. Just changing what's driving the behaviour underneath.

This isn't an ongoing subscription you can't escape. Four focused sessions over 4-6 weeks, then you're free. The goal is independence, not dependency.
We'll work together over four tailored sessions for between 4-6 weeks. Typically the first session lasts around 90 minutes and the rest up to one hour. Whilst the structure below is typical, the approach will be customised to your individual needs:

We'll take time to understand your specific patterns. What's driving the eating? When did it start? What have you tried, and why hasn't it stuck? No judgement, just clarity about what's actually happening. We'll also get clear on your goals and how you want to feel in your own body and around food.

We'll uncover the specific triggers driving your eating – whether it's the end-of-day depletion, the reward pattern, or the "just one won't hurt" spiral – and neutralise them at the source. You'll also learn quick, discreet techniques to stop cravings the moment they start.

Somewhere along the way, you started believing you were "the one who can't control herself around food." That belief has been quietly steering your choices ever since. In this session, we challenge it at the source – updating that unconscious programming so it stops running the show.

This final session brings everything together. We'll work with your unconscious mind to reset hunger levels and metabolism, and you'll learn simple self-hypnosis techniques you can use anytime. The goal is freedom, not dependency – you'll walk away with everything you need.

You've Spent Your Career Looking After Everyone Else
The students. The staff. The parents. The deadlines. The crises.
You've given everything – and by the evening, there's nothing left. So food became comfort. Reward. The one thing that's just for you.
But it stopped working, didn't it? Now it's just another thing you feel you're failing at.
There's another way.
Not another diet. Not more willpower you don't have. Not advice that ignores your life.
Just four sessions that change what's driving the pattern.
